She’s officially ours! Here she is at her former home port at Emerald Point in Punta Gorda Florida just before we move her to the Punta Gorda Marina for some yard work.

She needs fresh bottom paint, a “baseline” check of her inboard diesel engine, and, most importantly, the survey found that the keel bulb is loose and needs repair. We are eager for her to be ready, but we are prepared to wait until she is all checked out. Once she is ready, we plan to keep her in the Charlotte Harbor area for a few weeks at the Burnt Store Marina to get to know her before we transit her home.
